As SHP Group, we have become a company that has established a solid foundation for innovation, stable employment and a lasting tradition.

We have been in business since 1871 and have been the largest manufacturer of hygiene paper in Central and Eastern Europe since then. We have four production plants, three sales offices and the headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia.

We are an established and reliable supplier of hygiene paper products made from fresh fibre and recycled materials. Our products are sold in 46 countries. By introducing EcoChoice paper for the manufacturing of hygiene paper products at SHP Group, we are introducing a new solution in the field of raw materials, ensuring supply stability and price predictability, as well as supporting the principles of the circular economy.

With modern processing technologies and strict quality standards, we achieve a consistent high level of quality that exceeds both the usual standards for recycled paper and traditional solutions on the market. This is reflected in the softness, tensile strength, absorption capacity, and solubility of our products.

Throughout our nearly 200-year history, we have succeeded in building a company with more than 1,300 employees, thanks to whom we achieve an annual production capacity of 170,000 tonnes. We have established four paper mills and can confidently state that we are a stable company with a clear vision and a determination to constantly move forward.
